The Holiday Inn offers a Meal Plan to make dining quick and convenient. Meals are served in the lobby gathering area of the hotel. Based on feedback from previous attendees, ConVENTion staff has worked with hotel staff to improve the menu, the food quality, and the service. See below for more information on the Meal Plan. Note: The Meal Plan must be purchased when you make your reservation to allow the hotel to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, it is not available to purchase at check-in.
Other choices include sit-down dining at McKenna’s Restaurant in the Holiday Inn lobby (we have requested better and faster service) and a grab and go concession table with items such as hotdogs, pizza, snacks and drinks. There are also fast food options nearby the hotel (a Subway and Rally are walkable – (See Map Here.)

7/15/26 – Wednesday
Dinner- Country fair Picnic
Cole Slaw, Macaroni Salad, Fried Chicken salad, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Breasts, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, American, Swiss and cheddar cheese, Corn on cobb, Potato wedges, Baked beans, Watermelon, Brownies and cookies.
7/16/26 – Thursday
Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon, Waffles, Danishes, Muffins, Fresh cut fruit, Coffee, Orange Juice and Water.
Lunch- Southwestern Buffet
Tortilla Soup, Tomatillo mozzarella salad, Cucumber cumin sour cream salad, Tortilla chips with salsa, Guacamole, Sour cream, Grilled chicken and flank steak, Sautéed peppers and onions, Warm flour tortillas, Cheddar jack cheese, Mexican rice and beans and Cinnamon sugar crisps.
Dinner- Little Italy
Minestrone soup, Caesar salad, Antipasto tray, Meat lasagna, Vegetable lasagna, Chicken piccata, Grilled vegetables, Breadsticks with marinara, Tiramisu and Cannoli’s.
7/17/26 – Friday
Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast potatoes, Bacon, French Toast, Assorted yogurt, Fresh cut fruits, Coffee, Orange juice and Water.
Lunch – American Deli
Cole slaw, Tuna salad, Potato salad, Roast beef, Turkey, Ham, Swiss, Cheddar and provolone cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle, Olive Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Sliced breads and rolls, Individual bag chips and pastry selection of day.
Dinner – Southern BBQ
Baked potato salad, Cole Slaw, tossed salad, pulled pork BBQ, Oven roast BBQ chicken breast, Broccoli cheese casserole, parsley roasted red skins, Rolls and butter and assorted desserts
7/18/26 – Saturday
Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon, Mini breakfast sandwiches, Danishes, Muffins, Fresh cut fruit, Coffee, Orange Juice and Water.
Lunch – Baked Potato, Soup and Salad bar
Crisp field greens with ranch and balsamic dressing, Grilled chicken and flank steak, Assorted toppings to include for salad: Croutons, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Olives, broccoli, Assorted toppings to include for baked potato: Butter, Sour cream, Chives, Bacon Pieces, Shredded cheese, Vegetable chili, Apple strudel with vanilla sauce
